All four have added more than 10% to their workforce during\u00c2\u00a0the recovery. North Dakota&#8217;s 26% gain is more than twice the 13% gain for second place Texas. What do these states have in common?\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.regiontrack.com\/www\/wp-content\/uploads\/potw_1_20140623.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.regiontrack.com\/www\/wp-content\/uploads\/potw_1_20140623-1024x513.png\" alt=\"potw_1_20140623\" width=\"695\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All four are traditional energy-producing states and are receiving a significant boost from high oil prices and growing natural gas output. Texas, Colorado, and Utah are also traditional fast-growth, high in-migration states and have a strong high-tech presence.
